David is a partner in the firm and bagged his law degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University before proceeding to the Nigeria Law School. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, property transactions and corporate commercial matters.
David is an astute legal practitioner known to pay attention to details and deliver top-notch legal service.
Busayo is an astute legal practitioner with a wealth of experience in the Labour, Employment and Corporate Immigration practice areas. He has advised multinational corporations (including fortune 500 companies and international oil & gas companies) on different legal and compliance issues. He has assisted these companies with the mobility of their workforce to different parts of the world.
Prior to New Edge Legal Consultants, Busayo was a member of the Immigration, Employment and Labour Practice Group of a foremost full-service law firm and was exposed to negotiations with trade unions and different types of industrial relations issues. He also gained considerable experience dealing with Fintech/Start-up clients as well dispute resolution matters.
His articles on diverse areas of law have been published in International Journals and he was a contributing author to the World Bank Doing Business Report 2019. He initiated “The Nigeria Employment and Labour Lawyers Group” and “The Nigeria Immigration Lawyers and Practitioners Group” on LinkedIn.
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
Olumide is a resourceful legal practitioner in the firm’s immigration and employment law practice. He has advised several corporations and individuals on various aspects of immigration and employment law. Olumide works very close with the managing partner and as a result garnered a wealth experience since joining the firm.
He also has interest in FinTech, InsurTech and RegTech.
Demilade is a graduate of English and European Law. She has particular knowledge of European Union Law and Policy, Corporate & Commercial Law, Intellectual Property law and Property law.
Prior to joining New Edge, she gained years of experience in legal and non-legal backgrounds across the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Australia.
